Wedding day decorations

Event Space Rental: Weekdays (Sunday-Thursday):  $975.00 plus tax  
Cost includes use of full event space, tables, and chairs.  
A La Carte items extra.  
Weekends (Friday & Saturday):  $1,600.00 plus tax  
Cost includes use of full event space, tables, and chairs.

½ Room Rentals (Limited Availability):

Early Entry Set Up Fee:  Event space rental for set up the day before your special event.

Chair Covers (select from black, or white):  $2.00 per chair

Tablecloths (select from black, or white):  $8.00 per piece

Linen Napkins (select from a variety of colors):  $.75 per piece

Sunday Morning Cleanup:  $300.00
(Enjoy your evening and leave your décor until the next day.)

Bridal Suite:  $240.00 per night + tax

Day After Gift Opening:  Reserve the hotel breakfast area the next day for your gift opening (up to 30 guests): 10 AM – Noon –
includes coffee and extended continental breakfast.  $300.00 

The Silver Package:
$2,300.00 + tax The Silver Package Includes:
Use of the event facility from 8:00 am through Midnight on the contracted date.
• Use of Tables, chairs, audio visual, patio, tablecloths (choose your color), linen napkins (choose your color), tech services and security officers.

The Gold Package: 
$3,300.00 + tax The Gold Package Includes: 
• All of the elements of the Silver Package ($2,300.00 value)
200 Chair Covers ($400.00 value; additional chair covers discounted from $2 per chair to $1 per chair).  
Your choice of black or white.
• Early Entry Set Up ($1,600.00 value) – have early access the day before your special event to set up for your event.   

The Platinum Package: 
$4,300.00 + tax The Platinum Package Includes: 
• All of the elements of the Silver Package & Gold Package ($4600.00 value)
• Sunday Morning Clean Up ($300.00 value) • Enjoy your evening and leave your décor until the next day.
• 2 Free Nights in the Bridal Suite ($480.00 value)
• 5 Free hotel nights included ($700.00 value)
• Extended Breakfast and Gift opening:
 $300.00
